KGF: Chapter 2 is one of the biggest hits of the country and the film collected a theatrical share of Rs 445 crores in eleven days of its box-office run. The film had a super strong second weekend all over and the film collected massive numbers all over. The movie also made more than Rs 50 crores in its second weekend which is huge. The new release Jersey suffered badly at the ticket windows and KGF: Chapter 2 turned out to be the first option for the audience.

KGF: Chapter 2 also had a strong run in Karnataka, Telugu states, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Hombale Films, the producers of KGF: Chapter 2 released the film on their own on advance basis. Prashanth Neel directed KGF: Chapter 2 and Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Sanjay Dutt, Rao Ramesh and Ranveena Tandon played the lead roles.
