YRF has been praised for its innovative approach to filming feature films, making the most of technology. An example is the upcoming film "War 2," starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR. The film began shooting in November last year, with the director Ayan Mukerji utilizing modern technology by shooting overseas scenes without the leads present. This involved using body doubles for action scenes and then swapping faces using VFX.
Hrithik Roshan started shooting for the film in Mumbai on March 7, focusing on an action-packed entry sequence. He is expected to wrap up his part by June 2024, completing the film in record time with around 55 to 60 days of shooting. Similarly, Jr. NTR will start shooting in April and finish by the end of July, allocating 60 days for his role.
YRF's efficient filming process allows for shorter shooting schedules for actors and keeps the budget in check by utilizing studio setups and advanced technology. This approach contrasts with the traditional method of filming on locations, as seen in the film "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan," which featured real action sequences performed by the leading pair.
