None of us are  naive to Superman's heroics! The superhero can fly, hop buildings in a single leap, deflect steel with bare hands, and even rescue porn industry in times of crisis. Stunned? Read on.

In the same day that Warner Bros. released their superhero movie “Man of Steel”, pornographic film production company Vivid Entertainment Group brought out their Man of Steel XXX: A Porn Parody.

While the porn parody couldn't match up to the $116.6 million opening of the Warner Bros. mega Superman movie, the makers are expecting to repeat the success of their 2010 superhit Batman XXX with this film. If it happens, then Man of Steel XXX will not only become the highest-selling and highest-rented porn grosser of the year, but also one of the costliest porn flick (worth $ 100,000) to be ever made.

Once a cheap niche segment, today porn parodies are a rage in the adult movie market. Replete with special effects, real story lines, and believable characters, parodies, spoofing big movies, have emerged as real entertainers in the recent years.

Movie makers are optimistic about this film. If declared a success, the movie can help salvage porn movie industry from years of Internet piracy, illegal downloads and amateur videos that have paralyzed the industry.

"We certainly do have a problem with piracy ... and sadly no one seems to be able to do anything about it," said  Mark Kernes, senior editor at Adult Video News.

However, with superheros like Superman, Batman, Iron Man and Spider-Man coming to its rescue, the industry might go back on its feet soon.
