Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was detained in a drugs case on Saturday night and he was arrested after 20 hours of investigation. Eight people including Aryaan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra are taken into custody from 'Cordelia Cruise' that departed from the Mumbai waters to Goa on Saturday. The officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) received information two weeks prior and planned the operation. They raided the cruise after the party commenced and seized various drugs from the detained. Aryaan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha were arrested last evening and they were sent for medical examination to JJ Hospital, Mumbai at 4 PM on Sunday. All the other five others will be produced in the court today.

A special holiday court granted custody of Aryaan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha for a day. Aryan Khan is expected to apply for bail this afternoon. Shah Rukh Khan and his family were tight-lipped about the incident. The officials of the NCB seized 13 gm of cocaine, 22 pills of MDMA, 21 gm of charas and 5 gm of mephedrone apart from 1.3 lakh cash from the arrested. Cases are booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985 and the three are booked for sale, consumption and purchase of drugs. The NCB officials have been tracking the whereabouts of the various drug peddlers and suppliers who are related to this case. Some more updates are coming soon.
