According to a report from the Economic Times, Aryan Khan has bought two floors of South Delhi's famous Panchsheel Park for Rs 37 crores. The purchase is particularly significant because the building has sentimental value. His mother Gauri Khan lived there before she married Shah Rukh Khan. The Khan family already owns the basement and ground floor of the building, cementing their presence in this elite neighborhood. The property was officially registered in May 2024 and the Aryan's Party paid Rs 2.64 crores as stamp duty. Designed by none other than Gauri Khan, this home has added a personal touch to this opulent space. This purchase is probably Aryan Khan's first property purchase and marks his entry into the high-end real estate market.

His sister Suhana Khan also made headlines for her investments in real estate in the recent times. In June 2023, she bought 1.5 acres of land with three houses in Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crores and is located next to his father Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow. Earlier this year, Suhana further expanded its holdings in Alibaug by purchasing another piece of land for over Rs 10 crore. While many celebrities opt for properties in places like Alibaug and Goa, Aryan Khan's mega deal in Delhi stands out. The Economic Times also points out that other Bollywood legends are active in the real estate market in Delhi. For example, Amitabh Bachchan recently sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around Rs 23 crores, according to a report. Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is gearing up for his directorial debut with a series titled Stardom. Stardom is a six-episode web show in which each episode features a cameo appearance by an A-list Bollywood star. It was learned that Shah Rukh visited the set on the first day of filming. Our source told "A major part of 'Stardom' was shot at Dharma Productions where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan were regular visitors during the shoot."
