The special CBI court at Nampally today extended till April 13 the judicial remand of auditor Mr Vijay Sai Reddy, accused in the illegal properties case involving the YSR Congress president Mr YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
He was produced before the court as his judicial remand ended today. Presently, Vijayasai Reddy has been lodged in the Chanchalguda jail.
The name of Vijayasai Reddy, who was arrested in January, has also figured as accused number two in the charge sheet filed by the CBI in the case. (J)
