Ram Pothineni and Puri Jagannadh united for a pan-India project. The film is titled Double Ismart, the sequel to the superhit Ismart Shankar. Makers have launched the film officially today in Hyderabad with a pooja ceremony. Charmee Kaur gave the first clap for the film and the film shoot is expected to start on Wednesday.

Ram Pothineni shared pictures of the event by writing, “DOUBLE the Entertainment! DOUBLE the Action! DOUBLE the Madness! WE R BACK!! #DoubleISMART mode ON!”. Puri Jagannadh and Charmee Kaur are producing the project under the Puri Connects banner. The film is expected to release for 2024 Mahashiva Ratri, that is by the 8th of March 2024.
