President Trump has lifted sanctions against Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank accused of mistreatment of Palestinians, an unprecedented move by former President Joe Biden's administration. By changing Biden's recent action, Trump removed Cuba from the blacklist of countries that support terrorism.
