Benjamin Franklin had rightly said, "Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy."
Men, for one, love their beer! Most of them can't even imagine their life without their ale. And the good part is that, beer, when gulped in moderation, loves you back too. Wonder how?

Besides being a storehouse of protein, vitamin B, magnesium, iron, selenium and a host of other nutrients, can help thwart coronary artery diseases, boost brain health as well as cut down on stress. And if these reasons aren't enough, here is how a beer a day will keep the doctors away.

Beer are a rich source of good cholesterol. A regular yet moderate tipple can actually boost your HDL, which is genuinely a boon for your heart.

Not just that, dark, stout beer are known to cut down the risk of blood clots. Just a pint a day can keep your blood flowing fine!

Also a rich source of silicon, certain beers like pale ale cuts down risks of fracture, by slowing down bone degeneration.

Need any more reasons to chug a beer!

Caveat: Drink in moderation as binge drinking can ruin your health for good!
