However, transitioning too quickly back into work can be unsettling and could greatly diminish those benefits. Researchers strongly advised having an extra day as a buffer. After returning from your trip, allow yourself a few days to relax and slowly adapt back to your work routine. This approach will help ensure that the advantages linger and that returning to work feels less burdensome.
