The United States of America is one of the most impacted countries on the globe due to the coronavirus pandemic. USA is leading the list in the number of cases and deaths across the globe. After the cases calmed down, there is a steady rise in the new cases in USA because of the delta variant. On an average, 13,859 new cases are reported on an average from the past one week and this is a 21 percent rise in the cases as per the report from the Centres of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Health experts say that the cases will rise further because of the delta variant that was traced first in India.

52 percent of the cases are because of the delta variant as per the reports. USA vaccinated most of the population but there was a steady rise in the new cases. USA President Joe Biden recently announced that 70 perccent of the adults in USA will be vaccinated by the Independence Day of the country. The recent trend says that the cases will see a huge rise in the upcoming weeks because of the trend. A hospital in Missouri ran out of ventilators which is treating only Covid patients. Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca vaccines gained high efficacy against the coronavirus.
