Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati did not deliver a solo hit though the actor enjoys stardom in all the languages. His attempts have been unique but they ended up as debacles at the box-office. His long-delayed film Virata Parvam is finally hitting the screens on Friday and the team is promoting the film all over. Three grand events are planned and the film is carrying good buzz. Virata Parvam is a social drama and Rana, Sai Pallavi will be seen as naxalites in the film. Priyamani, Nandita Das, Naveen Chandra and Rahul Ramakrishna will be seen in other important roles.
Virata Parvam is sold for a theatrical price of Rs 12 crores and the makers pocketed Rs 30 crores through the non-theatrical rights. The film was delayed for two years because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The promotions and the trailer generated enough buzz on the film. Virata Parvam is said to be intense and hard-hitting along with ample amount of action. A major portion of the film is shot in the forests of Vikarabad. SLV Cinemas and Suresh Productions produced Virata Parvam and the film is announced for June 17th release. Suresh Bobbili composed the music and background score for this intense drama.
