The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch with support for new AI-powered features. The company's next smartphones, the Galaxy S series, are scheduled to launch on January 22nd. The South Korean tech giant has already hinted that these devices will launch with new Galaxy AI features. This time, a tipster has shared a leaked promotional video for a Samsung event that highlights the new features that could be coming to the devices. A promotional video for the Galaxy S25 series was leaked by Evan Blass via Substack. The video begins with the Galaxy AI logo, suggesting that the new AI features are all part of the company's upcoming Galaxy S25 series. Throughout the video you can see people using this feature in various real-world scenarios.
The first feature shown in the video is the previous report, Brief Now, which shows user insights based on the way they use smartphones and other Galaxy devices. In the video, this information is displayed in a rectangular card on the lock screen that you can tap to view more information. According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will improve integration with Gemini AI and some first-party apps from Samsung. In the leaked video, the user instructs Gemini to "find a pet-friendly Italian restaurant with outdoor seating near you and text Tony." This shows that Gemini in the Galaxy S25 series can break down complex multi-step tasks and find relevant information. The leaked video also shows a new AI-powered night video mode. Described as “your night shots with vivid details,” this feature is proven to allow you to capture brighter videos while reducing noise and capturing more detail. However, it is unclear how this feature differs from Night Mode available on Galaxy smartphones.
Finally, this video also introduces the pixel style voice delete function. As with videos, AI capabilities can identify sounds from different sources and automatically separate them. Once completed, the user can control and manually adjust the audio level of the isolated source. It has been shown that the sound, music, wind, crowd noise, etc. can be adjusted. The video also highlights that the feature is compatible with popular video formats in the Gallery app. A leaked video details some of the new AI features that may be added to the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. However, note that these features have not been officially announced. Confirmation will only be made after Samsung has announced this at an event.
