The Vivo X200 series was launched in China on Monday. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has introduced three devices as part of its latest smartphone series: Vivo X200, X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini. While the previous two models build on the features the company introduced with the X100 series, the X200 Pro Mini is an all-new model with similar hardware but in a more compact form factor. The Vivo X200 features a 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS quad-curve display with Zeiss Natural Color support. Features high-frequency PWM dimming to reduce flicker, HDR 10+ and a maximum brightness of 4500 nits. Accompanying this optic is a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main camera, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The power source of this smartphone is a 5800mAh BlueVolt battery with support for 90W wired charging. The Vivo X200 Pro features the same screen as the standard model with a few changes. This is an LTPO panel with a variable refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The display edges on this model are also narrow and measure 1.63 mm. All three models use the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, manufactured using the second generation 3nm process. Its highlight is the Cortex-X925 performance core with a maximum clock speed of 3.6 GHz. This smartphone runs on the new Vivo Origin OS 5 operating system that was recently launched. It offers AI capabilities for search like the company's version of Circle, a visual search tool that allows users to search the web by highlighting parts of their screen. Vivo has also introduced a dynamic island-like element called Origin Island.
