IPL 2020 Final : Mumbai Indians Defeat Delhi Capitals Gaining The Fifth IPL Title

On Tuesday night, in Dubai, Mumbai Indians were leading the fifth Premier League title as they defeated Delhi Capitals by five wickets.
Rohit Sharma 68, Ishan Kishan 33, Anrich Nortje 2/25 - beat Delhi Capitals 156/7, Shreyas Iyer 65, Rishabh Pant 56; Trent Boult 3/30.
Captain Rohit Sharma scored 68 and the entire Mumbai team scored 157/5. For Mumbai, Trent Boult and Marcus Stoinis took 3-30 with the first ball of the match.
The defending champions did exceptionally well after Rohit and Quinton de Kock scored 45 from the first four overs.
Captain Shreyas Iyer scored 65 not out and Rishabh Pant added that score to 96 boosting Delhi’s score that was 22-3 before they made their entry.
Ishan Kishan’s 33 off 19 balls could help Mumbai win. In 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019, Mumbai has been winning consistently. In addition, they won the Twenty20 competition twice more than any other team could win.
Rohit’s batting was brilliant. He hit around five fours and four sixes. Delhi’s head coach is Ricky Pointing and it is Rohit Sharma for the Mumbai Indians.
Suryakumar Yadav scored a lovely four and a six on the first two balls before Mumbai Indians reached 61/1. In the 11th over, Surya lost.
In the 12th over, Rohit reached over a double century for Mumbai. After Surya got out, Ishan joined Rohit in the middle. He scored 26 off 15 balls at the end of the 16th over.
In the fourth over Jayant Yadav made Shikhar Dhawan out.
