Ingredients required to make mango payasam
Ripened mango fruit: 1
Sugar: 100 grms
Milk: 100 ml
Few cashew and badam nuts
How to make mango payasam
- Take a ripened mango, peel the skin, take the pulp and make into paste.
- Add half cup of water in a pan and bring it to boil.
- Add mango pulp as water boils, stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add sugar and stir.
- Add boiled milk and keep stirring for few minutes.
- Add little ghee to another tawa, cashew nuts and badam nut slices; roast to golden brown.
- Add the nuts roast to the mango mixture.
- Serve hot.
- Or keep mango payasam in freezer for 20 to 30 minutes and serve chill.
