Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup yoghurt (curd)
2 tablespoon ghee
5 green chilli
4 tablespoon coriander leaves
5 roomali rotis
1/4 shredded ice berg lettuce
1/2 cup grated khoya
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped capsicum (green pepper)
salt as required
500 gm paneer
5 gm chaat masala
1 tablespoon ginger
5 green cardamom
1 medium chopped tomato
1 small chopped cucumber
Preparation:
Heat up the pan: This is a super easy appetizer recipe that can be made in minutes. First, wash the cashews and boil them with a little water for a few minutes. Now take a pan and put it on medium heat. Heat it up, add the ghee, green pepper and green cardamom and cook for a few minutes. Keep the flame low.
Add cashew paste: Now add cashew paste, curd and salt. The heat must be low, otherwise the curd will congeal. Mix well and cook for at least 10 minutes. Then add grated goya, paneer cubes and chaat masala and mix again. Do not stir too hard or the panel pieces will break.
Making the Roll: Take the Rumali roti and heat it with a little butter. Fill with a mixture of chopped iceberg lettuce, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and pepper. Add some chaat masala to taste. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired and roll up. Enjoy!
