Yummy Nuggets Snack Recipe - veg dish

Veg nuggets is a perfect snack item to serve in the evening and it is loved by children and even adults. Pampering your tummy with the combo mix of all vegetables gives you a different flavor altogether. It takes hardly any time to prepare, while the texture with crispy layer tempts you to have more.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 1 cup (boiled,peeled, mashed)

Carrot- 1/4 cup (grated)    

Cabbage - 1/4 cup (grated)    

Capsicum - 1/4 cup (chopped)

Green chilly - 5 (chopped) 

Paneer - 1/2 (cup finely chopped)

Ginger - 1 tea spoon (grated)    

Garlic - 1 teaspoon (grated)

Red chilly powder -    3/4 teaspoon

Salt - Required

Corn flour -5 tbsp (dissolved in 1/4 cup of water)

Bread crumbs - 2 cup

Oil -    for deep frying

Procedure:

1. Take a bowl and mix all the veggies, red chilly powder, salt and mix it well.

2. Divide the whole mixture in to small equal portions, and prepare nuggets in round or cylindrical shape with each portion.

3. Take a small bowl and add cornflour, water, stir well and keep aside.

4. Now the corn flour mixture and bread crumbs are ready.

5.Take each nugget and dip in to the corn flour mix and place in the bread crumbs. Ensure that the nuggets are well coated with the bread crumbs.

6. Now, place a pan with oil on a low to medium flame, and deep fry the nuggets.

7. The nuggets gently turn golden and crisp.

8. Serve hot nuggets with lemon juice and garlic chutney.

9. The crispy and yummy nuggets are ready.
