Slightly Overripe bananas: 2
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg: ¼ teaspoon
Olive oil spray
How to make Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas
Cut bananas into round.
Mix sugar, nutmeg,cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
Spray olive oil on large skillet.
Warm on medium heat.
Add banana slices and cook for few minutes.
On the first side, sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture on bananas.
After flipping the rounds, sprinkle rest of the cinnamon mixture.
Cook for few more minutes, until bananas get softened and warmed.
