Taapsee Pannu married Danish badminton player Mathias Boe in Udaipur a few days ago in the presence of her family and close friends. The couple has not yet made an official announcement. However, NDTV first reported on February 27 that Taapsee will get married in Udaipur in March. Sources said the couple performed mehendi and sangeet ceremonies before the wedding. The pre-wedding celebrations and wedding ceremony took place from March 21st to 24th. The wedding was attended by Taapsee's Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati, her dear friend Abhilash Tapriyal (The Aspirants actor) and screenwriter Kanika Dhillon. Badminton players Satwiksai Raj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, who are coached by Mathais Bo, also attended the wedding.

The wedding was organized by The Wedding Factory, an event management company owned by Taapsee, her sisters Shagun Panu and Farah Sood. A few days ago, Pavail Gulati shared pictures from her wedding reception on her Instagram feed. Pavail, Shagun and Abhilash Tapriyal are seen in the picture. While sharing the picture, Pavail wrote, "Twinkle twinkle little star, we have no idea where we are!" Kanika Dhillon, who is said to have attended the wedding, took the picture at the celebration. I shared a few photos of myself. In one photo, she was seen with her husband Himanshu Sharma. She shared her photo and wrote, "Keep it peach" and added the hashtag "MereYaarKiShaadi". Abhilash Tapriyal shared a photo from Holi festival in which Taapsee and Mathias are seen. In the photo, their faces are smeared with paint. Abhilash shared the photo and wrote, "Hamali to Holi."

Taapsee and the badminton star first met during the inaugural Indian Badminton League in 2013. Mathias Boe was part of Lucknow-based team Awadh Warriors, while Taapsee Pannu was the brand ambassador for champions Hyderabad Hotshots. She recently appeared in Vinil Mathew's Haseen Dilruba, in which Taapsee co-starred with Vikrant Massey. She also played the lead role in Shabaash Mitu, which is based on the life of Indian cricket captain Mithali Raj. Taapsee Pannu made her debut as a producer with Blurr. She also acted opposite Gulshan Devaiah in this film. Taapsee's film Dhak Dhak was released last year. Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanjana Sanghi played the lead roles in the film. Taapsee Pannu was last seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rajkumar Hirani's Dhanki.
