Minister Danam Nagender has expressed his dissatisfaction over Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s steps. He has said that Jagan has damaged and obstructed the ideas and principles of his father late YS Rajashekara Reddy. He has also said that YSR was in the Congress party till his last breathe and reminded that the aim of YSR was to see Rahul Gandhi as the prime minister in 2014.  He has took on Jagan alleging that Jagan didn’t care about that aim of his father.  He has also said that Jagan should never forget that he became MP for the first time only with the label of Congress.

Commenting on YSR Congress party, Danam has said that the new party hasn’t made public their terms of reference. He has also said that Jagan’s position would be assessed once he releases YSR Congress party’s manifesto. Further, he said Jagan was unfit to comment on UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, who according to Danam, sacrificed her posts and positions.  He asked Congress leaders not to comment on YSR.

While the Congress leaders are commenting on Jagan for taking on Congress, they are not speaking a word about YSR’s widow Vijayamma. If Jagan, according to Congress leaders plunged into politics  only to safeguard his illegal assets, what about Vijayamma? This remains to be a million dollar question and yes public in the state are undoubtedly tilting towards YSR Congress party despite the image Congress party has over decades.  Congress is likely to be swept away in AP due to Jagan, Telangana issue, increased petrol prices and increased prices of essential commodities.(Phani)
