Allu Arjun announced a financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh for the grieving family and assured them that he would personally meet them to provide all possible support. He also pledged to cover the medical expenses of the critically injured boy. Allu Arjun acknowledged the family's need for space to grieve, but reiterated his commitment to help them through this challenging time. The entire film team was shaken by the unfortunate incident, as Allu Arjun expressed in a video message.

The text states that actor Allu Arjun, his security team, and the management of Sandhya Theatre have been charged by the Hyderabad Police. This was based on a complaint by the husband of a woman who died in the incident. The police have registered a case under sections related to culpable homicide and voluntarily causing hurt. The police said the theatre management did not make any special security arrangements, and a woman named Revathi and her son Sri Tej were pulled out of the crowd as they were feeling suffocated, with the son being given CPR and both taken to the hospital. The patient was transferred to a medical facility to receive more comprehensive and appropriate care.
