Stylish Star Allu Arjun is back with a bang with Pushpa and the film is called as the costliest film made. Pushpa is made on a budget of Rs 200 crores and the film also marks the pan-Indian debut of Allu Arjun. Sukumar directed this mass entertainer and the film is about red sandalwood smuggling in Sesachalam forests. Rashmika is the leading lady and Fahadh Faasil, Anasuya, Sunil played other crucial roles. Pushpa continued to stay strong in the second weekend and raked massive numbers over the weekend.
Pushpa collected a theatrical share of Rs 94.17 crores in ten days across the globe. The movie has to fare well to recover the investments and the buyers across AP will suffer losses because of the low ticket pricing in the state. All the other distributors are expected to recover their investments in the final run. Pushpa will also have an advantage of the New Year weekend.
