Recently, a new Nothing smartphone appeared on a popular comparison test site. The phone is said to be the successor to the Nothing Phone 2. While the company hasn't revealed any details about the upcoming Nothing Phone 3, we got a brief glimpse of it in the Nothing OS 3.0 update video earlier this year. The basic model is expected to be available in Pro or Plus versions. According to a new leak, the British OEM is currently working on three new smartphones. The tipster also indicates possible product launch dates. Tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh's X post) reports that nothing is working with three new smartphones expected to hit the market in the first half of 2025. The tipster did not add further details about the alleged cellphones or suggest nicknames.
Based on previous news, we can expect the basic model of the Nothing Phone 3 with Pro or Plus versions. According to internet speculation, the third option could be the Nothing Phone 3a. The latter is considered the successor to the Nothing Phone 2a, which was launched globally in March this year. The Nothing Phone, which is expected to be the Nothing Phone 3, was recently spotted on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, Adreno 810 GPU, Android 15 and 8GB of RAM. According to previous leaks, the phone could launch with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset or a Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset. It is expected to come with a 6.5-inch screen. The Nothing Phone 3 Plus variant, which could also be called the Nothing Phone 3 Pro, is rumored to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset and a 6.7-inch display. The base variant of the Nothing Phone 3 is codenamed Arcanine and is priced at $599 (roughly Rs. 50,500), while the Pro variant is codenamed Hisuian and costs $699 (roughly Rs. 58,900).
