American composer Joseph Bertolozzi was known to have been rendering sounds through hitting the surface of the Eiffel Tower with a large log wrapped in lambswool for a musical project named as Tower Music in Paris on June 7, 2013 making it as an instrument for the piece. Accompanied by latex mallets, drumsticks as well a large log wrapped in lambs wool in his box of tricks, Bertolozzi moves all over the 324-metre tower, hitting its surfaces with diversified intensity at the same time recording the sounds produced.
Star of songs, sketches as well as the silver screen for beyond hundred years, the Eiffel Tower would be experienced in the lead role through a musical composition while bringing the prominence of the historic milestone redefining itself. The conception is intended towards combining the various elements together while giving rise to chords as well melodies accompanying a percussion base.
