Triumph Motorcycles is working on updating its model range in the Indian market. As part of its efforts, the brand has launched the latest version of its neo-retro middleweight bike in the Indian market in the form of the Speed Twin 900. This version of the bike features many visual changes. Create a feature list while keeping the original name. However, the brand refrains from making any mechanical changes in order to maintain the ride comfort of the machine. The Triumph Speed Twin 900 inherits the genes of a modern classic motorcycle while maintaining the retro aesthetic. A notable change is the redesigned fuel tank, which has been narrowed to fit the frame and back seat of the motorcycle. It also features a new aluminum swingarm and a slightly angled engine housing design. In addition, the headlight design was redesigned and a new sharp trim and throttle body trim was introduced.

The revised suspension features a Marzocchi USD fork instead of the previous model's traditional telescopic fork. The rear shock absorber also comes from Marzocchi. As for the brakes, the package includes Brembo axial calipers paired with 320mm front disc brakes. The bike has an 18-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, both fitted with Michelin Road Classic tires. To improve the technology of the Triumph Twin 900, the British manufacturer has introduced a main LCD display as well as a small TFT color display. All of this is housed in a monopod with a USB-C socket on the side. Options like heated grips and Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone integration are also available. The bike has two riding modes: Road and Rain as well as Traction Control and Cornering ABS. The Triumph Speed Twin 900 is powered by a 900 cc inline twin engine that produces 65 HP at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 80 Nm at 3,800 rpm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. All this is available at a starting price of Rs 8.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
