Lindsay Lohan didn't ask for drugs

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Mark Heller had sniped out all prevailing rumors that the Hollywood actress who featured in Mean Girls had pressed that she wouldn't go to rehab unless she would be given Adderall, her medication for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

She was on the psychostimulant for quite sometime treating the mental disorder. TMZ.com earlier mentioned that the actress denied rehabilitation as a part of the sentence for lying to cops unless the facility provided her with the medication, Adderall.

The plea deal which Lohan was given after approval by California judges two weeks ago included 90 days of residential rehab, 18 months of counseling with a psychologist and community service for 30 days. Mark Heller added that the no-jail plea was finalized but it had no references to Adderall in the rehab.

Heller said, "That was never a part of any discussion with the prosecutors or the court. That was never an issue we addressed". Lohan according her probation reports mentioned that the amphetamine-based drug was prescribed to her since as long as she could remember. Lohan now risks jail if she doesn't enroll in a rehab before May 2.

She had other prescriptions for antidepressants Zoloft and trazadone and the powerful opiate Dilaudid. Heller added that they were finding the best rehab facilities for her and she would be enrolled to one soon.
