However, it is important to attempt to make the life joyful and enthusiastic rather than cursing and accepting it the way it comes. Here are few ways to help you.

Meditate - Great way for healthy living

Meditation is a great way of healthy living. Although it is known to most of us, very few of us practice it. Meditate or practice some kind of mindfulness training. Many studies show the positive effect of meditation on brain. Grey matter increases in brain regions concerning memory and learning, emotion regulation, perspective talking, all those important for keeping your enthusiasm levels up. 

Get enough sleep - keeps you fresh

Sleep loss for a long time will contribute to serious health problems besides draining energy and enthusiasm. Everything right from your metabolism, memory, learning, cardiovascular health, weight, immune function would be going well when you get enough sleep daily. It is obvious that with enough sleep your mood will be bright all day. So by ensuring that you get enough sleep, you can make sure that everything in your life moves well.

Eat well - good eating habits will keep you up always

When your body and brain doesn’t get nutrients it required for good functioning, how can you expect good health and enthusiastic mood? Eating disorders will not only affect your belly, bones and heart, but also your moods, cognitive function and memory. Prefer a low-glycemic diet. It will help you deal with stress, irritation, besides aiding you to be more enthusiastic.

Set some time daily for something you love to do

Ensure that you don’t complain regularly that ‘I wish I had time for that!’ This is a definite excuse when you can’t spend at least 15 minutes daily for what you love to do. True, just fifteen minutes a day for something you love to do will surprise you with a lot of enthusiasm and purpose of your life. Spend some time with lively and enthusiastic people as enthusiasm is contagious. Keep in touch with those you inspire, fill you up and energize. Stay away from those who make you depressed or drained. Life is not for pleasing others. Avoid energy drains.

Be Self-Compassionate

This is very simple. Just practice to notice what you feel and never forget that you are like any other human with all emotions. Treat yourself with the same kindness as you treat your friend. This is the best way to lead life. Love yourself first this make you love your life and eventually you love people around you. When life is pleasant, you will obviously be enthusiastic all the time.
