Anti corruption crusader of India, Anna Hazare has said that there was no rift in the team but would not tour with Ramdev Baba although shares stage with him in their individual fights against corruption.

The 74-year-old Hazare cleared the rumours in the air stating that Team Anna was disappointed with Ramdev Baba since the latter announced the joint agitation at Jantar Mantar. Although Anna turned down the rumours, he will not sit in joint protest with Ramdev Baba.

Anna Hazare said: “I have told you before that we are not touring together, but we are fighting for the same purpose of getting black money and the Lokpal and Lokayukta bills. We shall stand together and share the same stage wherever needed.”

It has to be mentioned here that Anna Hazare will presumably hold his country wide tour against corruption sometime in June. The dates would, however, be announced later, sources said.
Reacting on the expulsion of one of the team members, Hazare said Mufti Shameem Kazmi was found leaking the information of the core committee and when asked as to why he did that, he said he would never come back.

Anna Hazare has been supported by a large number of youths and his Indian Against Corruption campaign received awesome response. (Phani)
