Simon Cowell, the 'X Factor' judge is all set to have a baby with close friend and real estate mogul Andrew Silverman's 36-year-old wife, Lauren Silverman.

Lauren, who is 10 weeks pregnant, apparently vacationed together with Cowell and husband Andrew in several different occasions.

The TV talent show judge was caught unawares by the good news, reported a daily tabloid.

“The pregnancy has taken him by surprise. He assumed she was using birth control,” a source close to Cowell said.

“Simon thought this was a casual relationship — friends with benefits. The pregnancy was not planned. He is feeling tricked,” added the source.

In one of their vacation pictures taken at Saint-Tropez, it appeared Cowell and Silverman snucked in a quick peck.

“No question that Simon will want to be part of the baby’s life, but I’m not so sure he wants to be part of Lauren’s,” said a source.

The 36-year-old Silverman, who was caught gamboling with Cowell, 53, and her husband at the Caribbean, is three months pregnant.

Enraged over the illicit relationship, Silverman has fled for a divorce now.
