The food you take in breakfast play a major role in healthy living. In this rat race sometimes we skip our meal and this can invite trouble. Usually we opt for some easy to cook food like bread, omelette for our breakfast and sometimes get tired of eating the same stuff every day. Check out few breakfast recipes which hardly take 10 minutes for preparation.

Cheesy-papaya combo

Ingredients:

Low-fat cottage cheese or yoghurt (3/4 cup)

Pineapple chunks (1/2 cup)

Papaya chunks (1/4 cup)

Peach (2-3 nos.)

Toasted wheat germ (2 teaspoon)

Method:

Mix the entire ingredient, except wheat germ in a large bowl.

Top it with fruits and sprinkle wheat germs.

Tangy Apricot smoothie

Ingredients:

Apricot in light syrup (1 cup)

Non-fat plain yoghurt (1 cup)

Sugar (3 tbspn)

Ice cubes (6 pieces)

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a grinder.

Pour in a glass and top it with a piece of apricot.
