Veteran actress Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor is working in Hindi and she has a lineup of films. Several Tollywood filmmakers wanted to introduce Janhvi Kapoor in Telugu but the actress rejected a series of films. But her father Boney Kapoor several times revealed that Janhvi Kapoor is waiting for the right film to make her Tollywood debut. There are ongoing rumors that Janhvi Kapoor will make her debut with Vijay Deverakonda's next film that will be directed by Puri Jagannadh. The makers never made any announcement.

The film is a pan-Indian attempt and is titled Janaganamana and it was launched yesterday in a grand manner yesterday. It is heard that Janhvi Kapoor loved the script and she signed the project. The makers will make an official announcement next week before the shoot commences. Janaganamana is a patriotic film that is made on a huge budget. Srikara Movies and Puri Connects are the production houses and Charmme Kaur and Vamshi Paidipally are the producers. The film is announced for August 3rd 2023 release. Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh are done with the shoot of Liger and the film releases in August this year.
