Deepika Padukone had a great time working for 'Finding Fanny'. The actress says the upcoming film isn't a bold film, but a very different film. It's quirky and cool and Deepika enjoyed shooting for the movie.
Deepika had a great time with co-star Dimple Kapadia, who treated her like a daughter and took her on outing. They enjoyed a unique camaraderie, says Deepika.
Recently the first song ‘Fanny Re’ from the quirky comedy was released during which Deepika talked about her equation with Dimple Kapadia.
Deepika says her equation cannot be described in words. While shooting for 'Cocktail', Dimple took her for lunch and shopping, added Deepika. The young actress says Dimpleji pampers and spoils me, treating her like a daughter.
Dimple Kapadia and Deepika Padukone are part of the 'Finding Fanny' cast. Deepika describes the movie as being "different" rather than bold. Deepika says when she first saw the promos she found it different film. It's refreshing, quirky and cool," added the actress
The best thing about working in "Finding Fanny" was that Deepika got to speak in her mother tongue Konkani. The actress says that she completely enjoyed working in the film as she could speak in Konkani, her mother tongue.
Finding Fanny also features Arjun Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur in the Homi Adajania film.
The movie will release on September 12.
