Actor Shahid Kapoor is a relaxed man after the release of his latest film 'Haider'. The film is a remake of Shakespeare's classic tragedy 'Hamlet'. 'Haider' has earned Shahid the hard-to-achieve critical acclaim and success at the box office as well.

Now that his career is back on track, Shahid Kapoor says he is ready for a relationship.

Recently, the 33-year-old actor said that to be in a relationship he has to find someone he can connect with as well as like the person. Shahid said he's mentally ready.

"If I like someone and if I want to be in a relationship with that person, then why not?", said Shahid Kapoor.

Shahid, who has been basking in the success of Haider, feels that the film will serve as a turning point in his career.

Previously Shahid Kapoor had been associated with Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. However, neither of the two relationships lasted for long.
