Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who turns 48 today, shot the grand finale episode of Bigg Boss season 7 with evicted participants of the show on Wednesday, ahead of his big day.

Apparently, Salman had to pre-pone the shoot of the extravagant finale episode as he wished to take an off from work today and party hard with family and friends.

"Salman's family and friends have planned a bash for him at his farmhouse in Panvel. There are some other events organised for him by fans and producers, so he had requested the channel to shoot portions of the finalé on Wednesday itself," said a source.

The final episode turned out to be a small reunion of sorts for the housemates, with everyone, right from Kamya Punjabi to Pratyusha Banerjee and from the very temperamental Armaan Kohli to Elli Avram shaking their booty with Salman.

Sofia Hayat is the only contestant of this season to be excluded from the grand finalé.

Other contestants such as Hazel Keech, Rajat Rawail, Ratan Rajput, Shilpa Saklani, Apurva Agnihotri, Candy Brar, Asif Azim, Anita Advani, Kushal Tandon and Veejay Andy will also appear in the finale.

The extravagant finalé will be aired on Saturday when Salman will announce this season's winner live.
