Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is touring in Europe and he responded about the Ukraine and Russia war. He said that nobody would be victorious with the war. He spoke at the 6th India-Germany inter-governmental consultations. He said that the entire globe will suffer the losses because of the war. India is a pillar of the global recovery in the world after Covid-19. India is witnessing a faster growth in comparison with the other larger economies. Germany said that Russian forces were unlawful and unprovoked against Ukraine. Narendra Modi along with Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz issued a joint statement expressing some serious concern about the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
They appealed to the Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop the war and withdraw the forces. Modi said that the oil prices reached the skies because of the Ukraine war and the entire world is facing a scarcity of food grains and fertilizers. The impact is more on the poor and developing countries told Modi. German Chancellor invited Narendra Modi as the Special guest for the G7 Summit. Germany announced an aid of 10 billion Euros by 2030 to boost the usage of renewable energy. Nine agreements were signed and one among them is for green and sustainable development described by Naendra Modi. Olaf Scholz announced 10 billion Euros for the support of the India's green growth plans.
