The iPhone SE 4 seems to be imminent as Apple’s CEO Tim Cook announced that the organization will release a new product on Wednesday, February 19. This rollout is anticipated to feature just one new device rather than several. This announcement follows closely on the heels of reports indicating that the tech company based in Cupertino intends to showcase the iPhone SE 4 next week. Additionally, there are rumors that an entry-level iPad 11 (2025) and a new MacBook Air equipped with the M4 chip will also be revealed. The CEO also hinted at a silver version of the company logo. Cook shared a picture of the Apple logo in silver on his post on X, previously known as Twitter, with the message, “Prepare to welcome the latest addition to the family.” No further information was disclosed by the CEO. Nevertheless, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman stated earlier this week that the organization would be announcing the iPhone SE 4 next week, possibly aligning with the teaser Cook posted.

Currently, it is unclear if the new gadget will be unveiled at a formal event or simply announced through the company’s news page. Typically, Apple sends out invitations at least one week prior to an event, but Cook's message seemed to serve more as a teaser than a formal invite. However, the possibility of a live broadcast of a pre-recorded clip remains. The existing iPhone SE (2022) was released three years ago, leading to significant speculation regarding a new version. Various reports have hinted at potential features for the forthcoming iPhone SE 4. The smartphone is speculated to look similar to the iPhone 14 and might remove the home button and Touch ID for a sleeker design with Face ID. It is also expected to come with a USB Type-C port and support Apple Intelligence capabilities. Furthermore, the iPhone SE 4 might be equipped with the A18 chip and furnished with 8GB of RAM. This new smartphone is also projected to have a higher price point compared to its predecessor, which was priced at Rs. 43,900 for the entry-level 64GB internal storage model.
