Russia announced war against Ukraine and the latter is defending Russia. The eastern part of Ukraine is surrounded by the troops of Russia. Two loud blasts are head in the central part of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine today and the troops of Russia are now closer to invade Kyiv. Ukraine revealed that Russia fired on the civilian areas of the capital. The air defence systems repelled two deadly gifts as per the official sources. The State Border Guard Service site of Ukraine is completely damaged in Kyiv. The United Nations condemned the arrests of 1800 people in Russia. UN rights office spokeswoman Ravina Shamdasani called for their immediate release.

The Indian Emmbassy in Ukraine issued advisory for all the Indian students and nationals in Ukraine. The government is working hard to evacuate them from Hungary and Romania. Ukraine wants peace and the country is ready to initiate talks with Russia for neutral status regarding NATO. Ukrainian presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak told the news. Ukraine is not part of NATO or the European Union. Ukraine also gave its nuclear arms after getting independence from the Soviet Union. The arms were give in exchange for security guarantees from the European countries. The Russina troops are now advancing to the capital Kyiv. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told that Moscow wants free Ukraine from oppression.
