Initial reports from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) indicated there were three people on-board but later clarified that there were actually four people aboard. Reggie Dumas, who witnessed the aircraft plunging told the news portal, "As it was going down, you could see the wings shifting back and forth."
He said he jumped out of his car to see if he could help anyone, but saw no survivors - only smoke. Most of the plane was badly burnt. Its tail is one of the only parts that appeared to be intact.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the details regarding the crash.
