Atlanta:
A two-year-old child was killed and two other children including a 5-month-old infant were bruised, along with their parents after a mishap that occurred in the area of Northbound I-75 and Central Avenue SW about 6 p.m.
According to police, “The family of five was travelling in a 2011 Ford Explorer when a blue Sedan failed to maintain its lane and traveled into their lane. In an attempt to avoid a collision, the driver of the Explorer swerved and then over corrected, causing the vehicle to go into a barrel roll.”
The area of Northbound I-75 has been closed down after a crash and police are probing for the driver of dark blue Sedan last seen heading north on I-75.
