Twin Cities conquered by Yoga

Yoga is skill in action-skill to live life; manage the mind; to be with people; to be in love & not let that love turn into hatred say the great Yogi Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji. The Yogi is the founder of the society called `the art of living.’ This society has its branches across the country and global too. The society helps mankind to live healthy by practicing yoga. The state capital is well networked by the society and thousands take up yogic guidance from the society in many parks. Most morning walkers in the city who trot to the nearby parks follow the yogic guidance offered by the art of living representatives. And many have found a healthy life after taking up the courses.

The art of living workshops conducted in 37 centres in the city, boast of many prominent elite of the city, as members. The society, to encourage the importance of Yoga is conducting Yogathon, a competition for its members. And many are already enrolled for the competition. The competition is for Surya Namaskaram. Most parks in the city are sought by these Yoga instructors and the prominent are the Sanjeeviah Park, Patancheruvu and BHEL, to name a few.

The Yogi Guru is quoted as follows a couple of days back in Bali, Indonesia, `All regrets happen only when you are looking towards the past. If you are walking and your head is turned backwards, then that is called regret. Turn your head and look forward, then it is always bright. If your head is twisted, then you will regret, regret, and regret. Just drop it and move on.’
