Megastar Chiranjeevi has a heap of films lined up and he completed the shoot of Acharya last year. The release of the film was pushed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Top director Koratala Siva directed Acharya and the film also delivers a social message. Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan will be seen in an important and powerful role in Acharya. The teaser and the songs generated huge buzz on the film and Acharya is carrying terrific expectations. Acharya is slated for a wide release on April 29th across the globe and the theatrical, non-theatrical deals of Acharya are sealed recently.

The makers recently sold the Hindi theatrical rights of the film and Acharya will also have a wide Bollywood release on April 29th. Pen Studios which is distributing RRR will release Acharya in Hindi too. Ram Charan who is in Mumbai recently closed the deal. Kajal Aggarwal is paired beside Chiranjeevi and Pooja Hegde will romance Ram Charan in Acharya. Sonu Sood has a powerful role and Manisharma is the music director. Niranjan Reddy produced Acharya on Matinee Entertainments banner. Mega fans are eagerly waiting for the release of Acharya.
