Akkineni’s young lad Akhil Akkineni took two years for his second film Hello. The movie has been directed by Vikram Kumar and Kalyani Priyadarshan played the female lead. Hello has been made on a massive budget and is all about a boy and a girl who re-unites after a gap of 15 years. Jagapathi Babu and Ramya Krishna played other crucial roles in the movie which released all over yesterday. The film received mixed response because of the slow and dragged second half.

Hello registered poor figures on its first day across Telugu states. The movie raked just Rs 3.10 crores across the Telugu states on its first day which is quite low. Hello needs to perform well in the coming days to end up as a decent grosser. Anup Rubens composed the tunes and Akkineni Nagarjuna produced Hello on Annapurna Studios banner.
