Megastar Chiranjeevi who has ruled Tollywood for over two decades has left films because of his political interests. He is now making his comeback to mainstream cinema which marks his 150th film. The movie has been in talks from sometime but nothing has been finalized yet. Sensational director Puri Jagannadh has narrated a script which impressed him but the recent rumors said that Puri is out of the project. Many senior writers have been working on the script of the movie however despite of many rumors Chiru and his team stayed tight lipped about this.

During a recent media interaction, Chiru revealed about his 150th film. He said “Puri Jagannadh narrated me the first half of the movie and he has taken his time for the second half. Also there are many writers and directors who are currently working on different scripts. I will take a call soon and things will be finalized in two months”. There are rumors that VV Vinayak may direct his 150th film and Chinni Krishna is currently penning the script. Mega fans who are eagerly waiting may be left disappointed this year too for Megastar’s birthday. More updates soon.
