Talented director Gunasekhar has been working hard from the past two years on his directorial opus Rudramadevi. The movie completed shoot long back and is busy with the post production formalities. Anushka played the title role in the film as Rani Rudramadevi in this periodic drama and Rana Daggubati, Allu Arjun played the other important roles in the movie. The audio of the movie that has released recently created enough buzz all over. The makers have completed the post production formalities and the movie is gearing up for release.

Gunasekhar along with his team has arranged a press meet today to reveal the release date of the movie. The event has been graced by Anushka, Gunasekhar and his family. The movie will release in a grand way on September 4th all over and Rudramadevi marks the first stereoscopic 3D film in the history of Indian cinema. Ilayaraja composed the music for the movie and Gunasekhar produced the movie on Guna Team Works banner. The movie has been made on a huge budget of over Rs 70 crores and the business has been closed in all the regions.
