Two films, two Mega heroes. Both flops. Charan and Allu Arjun have taken a beating in recent days but are not flinching. The actors are signing more projects with promising directors to silence critics, as all it takes is one hit Friday to change the comments into compliments.
Allu Arjun, who faced severe disappointment with Iddarammayilatho, is believed to be distracted on the sets of Race Gurram. Those who know him are worried that the ever energetic actor is not as flamboyant as before on the sets. Bad response to Iddarammayilatho is being blamed for his calmness.
A director, who scored a hit with Ravi Teja recently, will take up a film with Allu Arjun to get the actor back in demand. Kona Venkat expressed that he is developing a script and dialogues for the film, to be directed by Gopichand Malineni.
Charan, on the other hand, has apparently refused to work in the Telugu remake of Agneepath. He reportedly shared that the concept has been overworked. Great going, we say! Karan Johar, who had come up with the not so bright idea, has finally given up on the idea and is preparing a fresh concept for Cherry.
With Karan Johar intent on having Charan in his Tollywood directorial debut, the actor will have another chance to show what he is made of, fans feel. Both Mega actors will get their blockbuster Fridays again for sure.
