Analysis
Bheemla Nayak first half is completely taken to set the premises and explain about the moods of the characters. Pawan Kalyan nails it in style and Rana Daggubati is just massive. The first half is a mix of emotional drama, action. The interval episode, action and the background score are the major highlights of the first half. The first half looks slow-paced but it will appeal to the fans as Pawan gave his 100 percent for the film. He looks so energetic on screen and his chemistry with Nithya Menen is good enough. Trivikram's magic works partly as the action and the performances dominate the show.
The second half of Bheemla Nayak is an absolute treat for the fans and the audience. The entire second half is racy and is packed with powerful performances by Pawan, Rana. The action episodes and the climax stands out. The flashback episode is a perfect treat and it was well designed, presented. It is short and powerful. Samuthirakani and Samyuktha have done justice for their roles in the second half. On the whole, the second half of Bheemla Nayak lives up to the expectations and ends on an impressive note.
Performance
Pawan Kalyan is perfect as Bheemla Nayak and he does everything right. His body language has been top class and he carried the film on his shoulders. Rana Daggubati is a gem of an actor and he is just powerful with his screen presence and his bass voice. Their conflict episodes are well presented and they nailed it with their performances. Nithya Menen is simple yet powerful in the role of Suguna, the wife of Bheemla Nayak. Murali Sharma plays a balancing role and all the cops played their parts well. Samuthirakani delivers his best and Samyukta Menon is good. All the other actors are decent.
Bheemla Nayak is well adapted and well written. The second half underwent several changes and the screenplay, dialogues are much better when compared to the original. Thaman's background score steals the show and the songs are shot well. Ravi K Chandran's cinematography work brings a new colour for the film. The production values by Sithara Entertainments are very good. Trivikram's writing is an asset and Saagar Chandra handles the lead actors well with his direction and presentation.
Final Word
Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati offer a perfect mass treat for the audience and Bheemla Nayak is a sure-shot winner.
