Superstar Rajinikanth called Rajamouli after he watched ‘Baahubali’ to speak to the filmmaker. However, the details of the talk are not known.

With S S Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’, entering 300 crore club, the whole world has been raving about him. Superstar was the latest person to call Rajamouli. The director reportedly said it is too personal to disclose their talk.

In December 2014, Rajamouli graced the audio launch of Superstar’s film, Lingaa, in Hyderabad. During that event, Rajinikanth mentioned that he would be happy to work with Rajamouli.

Rajinikanth had said at that event, “”I’m aware of the Telugu film Baahubali, which has been in the making for over a year. I also know the kind of hard work being put into that project. The Telugu industry should be proud of Rajamouli, who will soon be known as the best technician in the country. I’ll be happy to work with him if I get an opportunity.”

Now that Baahubali has released and Rajini’s words came true, ‘Will Rajamouli direct Rajinikanth?’ is a million dollar question.
