The Redmi Note 14 5G will launch in India on December 9 alongside the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ and Redmi Note 14 Pro. The series was launched in China in September and has IP68 dust and water resistance. The Indian variants of the smartphones are expected to be similar to their Chinese counterparts. Ahead of its India launch, Amazon has confirmed the availability of the Redmi Note 14 5G base model along with key features and color options. Amazon India's microsite for Redmi Note 14 5G has launched, allowing you to buy the phone in India through the e-commerce site. The listing reveals that the phone will have a design similar to the Chinese version and will be available in at least two colors – black and white – both with a marble pattern. In China, the phone will be offered in a third blue color. The Amazon listing and the Redmi Note 14 5G Xiaomi India microsite show that the Indian variant of the phone will feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary rear camera sensor with support for Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The Chinese version has an additional 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The Indian version will also have similar camera features.

In India, the Redmi Note 14 5G comes with a brighter display and improved privacy features with the help of artificial intelligence called AiMi. The Chinese model is equipped with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a peak brightness of 2100 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Like the Chinese variant, the Redmi Note 14 5G India variant may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC. It can be designed with an IP64 dust and dust resistance rating. The phone is expected to pack a 5,110mAh battery with support for 45W fast wired charging and will run HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15. In India, the Redmi Note 14 5G is priced at Rs 21,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant, while the variants are priced at Rs 21,999. + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB are priced at Rs 22,999 and Rs 24,999 respectively.
