Redmi Watch 5 Lite was launched in India on Wednesday. The smartwatch features a 1.96-inch AMOLED display, multiple health trackers and is said to offer a battery life of up to 18 days. It runs on Xiaomi's HyperOS and includes Amazon Alexa control. This watch supports Bluetooth calling and GPS connection. It has more than 150 preset sports modes and 5 ATM water resistance. This smart wearable will soon be available in two colors in the country. It is worth mentioning that the Redmi Watch 5 Active was launched in India in August this year. The Redmi Watch 5 Lite price in India is Rs. 3,999 and will be available on Amazon and Xiaomi India website from September 26 at 12:00 PM IST. This watch is available in black and light gold. Three additional strap options have been officially announced, including candy pink, lime yellow and mint green hues. The Redmi Watch 5 Lite features a 1.96-inch rectangular AMOLED display with a resolution of 401 x 502 pixels and a maximum brightness of up to 600 nits. It supports Always-on-Display and Palm Touch to Sleep functions. The function keys are located on the right edge of the watch.

Xiaomi's HyperOS is compatible with both Android and iOS phones out of the box. Redmi Watch 5 Lite supports Hindi, 200+ cloud-based watch faces and 150+ preset sports modes. In addition to the blood oxygen level detector, this device is also equipped with a heart rate sensor. Xiaomi has built-in GPS connectivity, Amazon Alexa control and Bluetooth calling support on the Redmi Watch 5 Lite. This smart wearable supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and SOS emergency calls. It has two ENC compatible microphones and a speaker. The watch has a water resistance of 5 ATM and is compatible with the Xiaomi Wear app. The Redmi Watch 5 Lite is equipped with a 470mAh battery and a magnetic charging port. Under normal use, the battery life should be up to 18 days. With repeated use, the total duration of use may be shortened to 12 days. The size of the watch case is 49.1 x 40.4 x 11.4 mm and the weight is 29.2 grams.
